shipping policy

Order processing takes 24-48 hours (you have within that time frame to cancel order for a refund excluding the original shipping cost) in some cases if the item is in stock (hair extensions are usually by preorder) and order is placed before 1pm CST, order will be shipped the same day.

Shipping is 7-10 business days (for items that are in stock shipping will take 1-3 business days.)

Orders placed for in stock items after 1pm CST Friday will be shipped out the following business day

Shipping confirmation will be sent to email address provided.

Delays in shipment are out of my control, no discounts.

We are not responsible for package after given to carrier. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery error via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

Please do not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you need your item by a certain date, it is advisable to order in advance (1-2 weeks) to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

Once order is placed, NO refunds, No cancellations, NO exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS (only at my discretion.).

After order is placed there will be NO modifications to the order. Billing and shipping address MUST match as well as payment address, if not order will automatically be cancelled. PLEASE make sure address is entered correctly, I will NOT be responsible if address is entered incorrectly.
